Arghh..very tiring but exciting day.
I've enjoyed the time spent from morning till now.
Hassan, Shazwan, Nabil and I played bowling in the morning at CSC.
We had planned to play at Cdans but the place was too overcrowded.
We ate at Bukit Batok and met some ruggers.
Before we arrived at ACS (I), we lepak at the neighbourhood fitness corner playing poker.
The game against ACS(I) ended in a heavy defeat but we scored 10 points.
(Better come for training regularly guys!)
There were dirty incidents which the referee didn't notice.
Much to improve on.
After showering in their 5-star toilet, some of us ate at Dover.
Haikal, Andrew, Hassan and I decided to watch Yes Man at 9.15pm.
We purchased the tickets at around 8pm so we read some books at Harris bookstore.
I read parts of the book entitled "Why Men Like Bitches".
The movie Yes Men was awesome and hilarious.
Really had a good time watching it.
Holidays ending soon...I wish there is one more month...

CYCLING TO JURONG FISHING PORT
Zufaidi asked me to join Phattz to cycle to Jurong Port when I went online.
I checked my bike but the tyre had burst and couldn't be pumped.
I was still keen on cycling as my parents allowed me to go.
Last resort, I borrowed my younger brother's bike which is too small for me.
I went to Kiong's house at 10pm.
Played card games while waiting for others.
We headed to Asyraff's house to borrow his bike for Clement, who attended a wedding earlier on.
Then, met Fariss who escaped from home secretly.

Fariss, Clement, Joey, Kiong, Zufaidi, Bryan, Syahiran, Zaffan and myself went to eat nasi lemak at Boon Lay Market. It is the best nasi lemak in Singapore!
Finally, after a tiring journey, we arrived there safely at 3am.
Strolled around and looked for the best deal.
We bought stingray, prawns, mussels.
These are for Phattzion chalet later today.

Fariss is starving.
Cutting stingray.
I reached home at 5.30am and couldn't sleep.That's why I blog.
I have to go to Kiong's house again at noon to carry the logistics.
Lack of sleep!
Anyway, I went to Marina Barrage last Sunday.
I took photos most of the time instead of learning how the dams and water conservation work.
Nice place indeed!

PHATTZION CHALET ON 13, 14, 15 DEC.
be prepared to be bullied severely by some childish Phattz...right Zaki?
Lu ingat.... KIPAS,FAMILY, THAILAND!

Sunday, December 07, 2008

I stayed at with my grandpa at his house for a week.
My grandma and younger sister arrived from KL just now.
While waiting for them, my parents, brother and I ate at Swensen at Vivo.
Relaxed at the park.
Tired of blogging...

Tuesday, December 02, 2008

I'm staying at my grandparents house at the moment till this weekend.
Looking after grandpa Sheikh Ali while my grandma is in KL.
Anything sms or call me.
And ruggers, some of you still owe the $20 for chalet!
And our chalet is on 8 Dec!
Opps.. I myself haven't pay $20 for Phattzion chalet. -_-
Anyway, this is a good time to go Malaysia.
$1 = RM 2.40 for the past few days.
and Malaysia is having mega sale!

Friday, November 21, 2008

Yesterday, I went to Jurong Point to search for a thing.
Don't have, then I went to IMM.
Still don't have.
This morning I woke up at 8am and head to Queensway.
Finally, I saw a mouthguard!
It's the 3rd one for 2008.
But I hate wearing it.
I choked and suffocate in the scrum with it.
No matter what I have to wear it.
If not, my lips would be cut just like in April.
And the treatment and checkups for it cost more than $100.
Talking about checkup, I am supposed to have a dental appointment tomorrow.
And I want to cancel it because tomorrow is M1 Tens.
But I have not informed the clinic about it.
Anyway, that appointment is only for the dentist to check review my teeth and clean it.
Holidays are so boring...

TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH SOCIETY
Holy shit!
The public are against junior colleges nowadays.
I've checked STOMP website and read about a birthday celebration by ACJC students which was deemed as a bullying act.
And recently, a stomper also brought up a news about a birthday celebration by SAJC rugby players.
That birthday boy's private part was hit against the poles and so on, which is similar like our own ruggers always do.
At least the celebration in by SAJC ruggers was not as serious as the one in ACJC as that birthday boy was over-reacting.
Read up on those articles and the comments if you have not.
Maybe we need to have debate over this matter.
Bullying to me is when you hurt somebody emotionally/physically against his own will.
But the PJC ruggers are aware that they will be poled on their birthday and should be mentally prepared.
Yesterday was Daniel's birthday but he didn't come training.
Maybe he wanted to avoid being poled.
Anyway, 08S31 had class party last night.
I came late after training but I wish we could have stayed longer.
Nevermind then, more parties/chalets coming up.

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Went to Jurong West gym with some ruggers
- Daniel,Shazwan,Kumarran,Andrew,Abel,Bryan and Haikal.
They spent most of the time talking there.
Haikal went off earlier to meet his friends.
The rest of us ate at Pioneer Mall before going to Khalis' house.
At his house, we played PS3 and some gambled (not me).
Ber Han came an hour later.
We had a good time there!

Shazwan told me that the total amount for the chalet is $580 and will be held from 8-10 December.
Phattzion chalet will be held a few days later.
08S31 bbq this Friday! But I will come late because of rugby training.

Sunday, November 09, 2008

Hmmm..PJC are the bowl champions of the SCC Sevens competition
But we didn't win a single game.
The only game we won was the walkover victory against TJC.
The game against United World College was well-played except for our defensive errors that they seized.
Against NP, we didn't do our best honestly.
Whatever it is, we hope that this competition would improve our team chemistry.
After the prize presentation, the ruggers went to bathe in the 5-star toilet at SCC.
Then we ate at Sakura.
Bryan, Daniel and Teng Wei went to the Singapore Flyer to meet Ber Han and get free ice-creams.
Hassan, Haikal and I had to stand in the MRT.
Shopped at JP as Hassan wanted to buy some stuff for OBS.
And the situation in bus 242 just now was chaotic.
When the bus reaches the first bus stop, there was a man in his 50s I think who banged onto the door, shouting at the passengers to move in.
Then, out of nowhere, we heard
"kanina chou chibai f****&%#&^*$*" from the upper deck.
The argument lasted for more than 5 minutes.
Then that uncle who shouted vulgarities came down.
Before alighting, he shouted "fucking Communist China"
and explain the matter to the people at the lower deck.
Well, it's not a very serious matter actually.
Just that uncle who felt that it is wrong not to sit properly.
Like hell.
I don't wish to take bus anymore.
Can't wait for my driving license.
No car,got problem.Got car also got problem.

SCC SEVENS...

I met Hassan,Haikal and Kannan at Boon Lay MRT before going to City Hall.
The other ruggers who had arrived there lepak one corner beside the escalator.
After doing warm up, Mr Kwok gave a good news that TJC withdrew from the competition.
That's a bad news for us as we really wanted to challenge them.
Nevermind then, we won the game 14-0.
30 minutes later, we versus ACS(IB) and scored first.
Indeed, we played so well that we have a few chances to break their defence and score more.
But they scored one before half-time and complete the job in the second half.
Seriously we should have won by the way we had played.
The 2nd game was against SAJC which beat us 22-0.
The SAJC 7s fooled us by playing a passing game that kept changing sides just to tire our defence.
Our defence wasn't cohesive and there were gaps that the SAJC players could penetrate on.
Tomorrow we will play again.
Result does not determine how well we play.
Beef up on our chemistry and as always, do our best.

Hey, what's that?
Chemical threat? Dry ice? Insecticide?

After that, we changed our clothes at Esplanade toilets.
Hope that nobody record a video on us and send it to STOMP.
Then we ate BK at Marina Square.
Some of them watched movie while I go home.
Phattz sms-ed me to play soccer but I couldn't make it.
And they want to collect money for Phattzion chalet.
WTH, I just asked money from my parents a few days ago for 08S31 chalet and now another $20 for this one.
My parents will suspect something else (e.g. dating, buying cigarettes, play bowling etc)
Of course I don't smoke,duh!
Imagine if I smoke, I would have died while playing Sevens and keep huffing and puffing.
Long time never play bowling and dating(I don't remember).
OK gotta rest well.
Hope Man Utd and Arsenal draw.
Chelsea will still be on top this weekend.

Friday, November 07, 2008

SCC Sevens tomorrow! (and maybe Sunday)
I won't talk much or predict anything about it.
Just go out there to show the public that size doesn't matter and speed is the key.
Believe.
Result is important even if we play badly.
Good luck guys!
This morning, my family went to our house in Johor and also paid the deposit.
I didn't come along and I wish I could be free one day to visit it.
Such a big house but I don't think I'll stay there.
Before training, I met Jeremy outside his condo to get back my result slip which I left it in his bag yesterday.
Then I watched Nabil play basketball at CCK CC.
He's Muhammad Jordan!
Then went to school for rugby training.
After that ate Food Culture with some ruggers.
Now at home and will be celebrating my younger sister birthday later.
I will start my holiday assignment next week!
At home I would just play guitar, keyboard but in recent weeks I couldn't come out with new rhythm.

Thursday, November 06, 2008

OK today the JC1s knew their promotional status.
I had knew earlier on that I am promoted.
4 of my classmates will have to separated from the rests.
Life is unfair as we know.
Whatever it is, A level 2009 is coming soon.
Never ever say that there's still a long way to go.
Before reaching school, I met Jeremy at Lot 1 before eating Mac with Hanisa, Jolene and Nicole.
In class, Mdm Pathrose told 8 students to go to various LTs.
The rest of us who are safely promoted got our result slips.
Incredibly, I passed my Chemistry overall, which means that the moderation played a huge role.
Then I waited for my friends at the cafe.
Ate Mac AGAIN with Jeremy during lunch.
Then, Maverick and Nabil came along to play basketball at CCK CC the whole afternoon.
So exhausted.
Wasted.
But worth it.
You were about a meter away.
And I blew it away

I'll never 'let go' the next time
At least a word will do
Today was your smile
Towards me, but I don't know if it was for me

Tuesday, November 04, 2008

Alright, no more PW and MT!

My group presentation was fine.

As for me, I established good eye contact and I hope my pronounciation was clear.

No one laugh when I said those words with 'R'.

The assessors didn't look scary or show signs of boredom.

Well, let's just hope for the best.

Below is a short video that I had made before our presentation.

Tomorrow still need to go to school to settle Group Project File.

On Thursday, the JC1s will get to know their promotional status.

Rugby training as usual 3 times a week.

This Saturday, we'll have SCC Sevens and will continue on Sunday if we make it to the next round.

M1 Tens will be held on the next Saturday.

08S31 are planning for class BBQ as well.

The rugby team also have decided to have chalet on the 1st week of December.

Phattzion also are planning for it, perhaps on the 2nd week.

But I should remember to catch up on my JC1 work during the holidays.

Mini-Rugby Competition
The PJ ruggers became officials for the matches.
Some of us were 'kelong' or 'kayu', allowing the game to carry on even after high tackle.
Nevertheless, it was a successful event but Greenridge Sec got almost all the credit.
Nevermind about that.
Qifa Primary won both the Under-11 and Under-13 categories.Well done!
I love being a referee.
The kids complaint about this and that but I stick to my decision.

Qifa Primary-the champions
Perhaps we need to start talking
I'm waiting for fate to decide the turning point
And not by tossing a coin
When things are tied and non-polar
An inspiring quote from you
Plus the sweetness of your voice
With such beautiful eyes
Makes me rejoice...

Friday, October 31, 2008

You guys are crazy
I saw some of you in school but didn't turn up for training
And there is a match tomorrow
I doubt we could play well
Winning is a different story
Today, there are 14
With this number every training, there's no hope
Those who had turned up regularly kept saying
"Walao,attendance sux;no point training"
Now see, this is the negative externality when some of you "ponteng".
Don't know for what reason
I heard some play DOTA, PW, sick etc...
Whatever it is, just bear in mind that
we're A TEAM OF ONE.
But at the moment, we're nowhere near that motto.
Not the slightest taste of it,really
I can't teach you discipline
But you can teach it yourself
It's a test of mindsets

Can we rectify this discrepancy

Between you and me?

But our gap is getting narrow

As we overcome our sorrow

We have the same passion in music

But play different instruments

Things would not get kinda hectic

If we become complements

Okay, this is a boring post for boys to read...

Actually there are more lines that I can write but it is copyright (by me).

Reserve the best for the last!

Dear to-whom-it-may-concern, count me in.

Saturday, October 25, 2008

Global financial crisis is here but my parents had signed a form to buy a house near Gelang Patah in Johor.
Now waiting for the bank loan.
Of course staying in Malaysia is not so stressful and things are cheaper there.
Nevertheless, I will remain in my current house as I'm still schooling.
I like the house over there and the facilities.
Anyway, today some of the ruggers coached Fuchun Primary ruggers.
Things went well except that I was frustrated with 3 boys who didn't show good character.
Kannan,Hassan,Haikal and I ate at Causeway Point before going to other destinations.
Slept throughout the journey.
In the afternoon, I play soccer with Phattz.
The main topic we discussed about was on 'hot chicks in poly' and I didn't talk much.
The best thing about tonight is...
EVERTON 1-1 MAN UTD!!!

Thursday, October 23, 2008

As for today, about 1/4 of JC1s didn't attend school.
Perhaps they are disappointed with their results.
They better have MCs to cover up.
Anyway, it's easy to get MC nowadays.
Just tell the doctor that you have slight headache will do.
Lessons were as per normal today.
2 of my PW group members were absent though they knew we have OP rehearsal.
I've improved my speech this time round.
Mdm Shafa said I'm enthu, have large commanding voice and no comments on my pronounciation.
Overall, my group have shown tremendous improvement within 3 days.
Once at home, I had my own jamming session alone.
I don't think I need to go to music school.
There's a DVD that shows tutorials for playing guitar.
And I could understand them.
Then, I tried playing Dancefloor Anthem.
OKOK lah...
My fingering is quite slow.
My calf is still painful and can't walk properly.

Wednesday, October 22, 2008

The promos scripts were issued back to us today.
I passed all of them but still not too happy about it.
History: B
Economics: D
Chemistry: E
Math: D
Malay: A
GP: E
I must recap on JC1 topics during the holidays.
At the moment, focus on PW and MT
Don't let your emo distract your concentration.
My calf is injured.
I kept limping while walking.
Damn that Greenridge player who kicked my balls.
I gave you a chance just now.

Tuesday, October 21, 2008

Tomorrow is the day!
22nd October 2008 will be a heartbreaking day for some
It can be a joyful day for those who had done well
Others, who are naturally intelligent, it seems like a normal day.
Yeah, the JC1 will be getting back their exam scripts.
One look at it and you can tell your promotional status.
Whatever it is, when I see the results, I'd tell myself that is what I deserve and move on.
Good luck, fellow Pioneers!

Today, my Malay classmates got to know our MT results.

I got 'A' (75.6%) for it.Must be consistent!

As for H1 math, Ms Haridas indicated to the class who has improved.

Obviously, she called my name, along with some others.

Syafiq, Gabriel and I went to Jeremy's house after school.

We planned to either play pool, table tennis or karaoke but all facilities were booked.

I've been rehearsing my OP speech and improve on my 'Rrrr'.

Anyway, I bought a guitar on Sunday which costs $140.

If I'm good enough, then can buy electric.

I'm becoming more like mat, but never ever a mat rep!

Friday, October 17, 2008

Okay, I should start working on JC2 work as I will be doing A Levels next year.
=)
And my heart responded well to the treadmill exercise which means that I'm fit!
=)
I shall go on...
=)
And finally I can sleep well
=)
Praying under the rain just now was worth it.

Saturday, October 11, 2008

I NEED A BREAK,PLEASE!
They treated me like a robot

Farewell JC2!

I didn't even step out of my house today.
For the whole day,my laptop didn't even sleep.
The Student Council understand that I had nothing to do today.
I did the proposal for the Open House 2009 in which a mini-rugby competition will be held.
After that,I started on Oral Presentation slides for PW.
Will be meeting my group on Monday to settle it.
Indeed a boring day! I just wish my friends are available to go jamming.
Anyway, for the first time in my JC life, I passed my Chemistry Paper 1!
Not sure about Paper 2.Whatever it is, I don't think I can pass Chemistry when the overall marks is calculated.
Nonetheless, I should enjoy this period before getting back the results.
But PW and Mother Tongue formed a barrier to my satisfaction.
...Phattzion planning for chalet now.It will be held on the days that I'm free.

Wednesday, October 08, 2008

I thought I could enjoy when promo was over
But there's more deadlines to deal with
Finally,written report is settled.
Gonna work for Oral presentation
Which means I'll have to practise my "R" over and over again
Till it becomes second nature
A number of casualties during rugby training today including myself.
The worst was Hassan who has difficulty breathing after being tackled down.
I'm not sure if he's fine now.
Take care,vice captain!
Can't wait for promo results...

Tuesday, September 30, 2008

Okay,fasting month is over! (I know you're smiling,Zaki)
I didn't skip fasting for a single day (How about you?)
Maybe I can't enjoy Hari Raya that much.
Inter-house games on 2nd Oct,PW Written Report by 9 Oct and rugby training will resume as well.
Anyway, SELAMAT HARI RAYA and also HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY!
Maaf Zahir dan Batin.
Please forgive me for all my wrongdoings, for any harsh words, inappropriate behaviour etc...
Sorry to those whom I've hurt you before and I'll rectify my mistakes.
tsk..tsk...tsk...
OK let's start things fresh!

Saturday, September 27, 2008

Today is a tiring day.
Morning: clean windows
Noon: went to the gym
Afternoon: had a soccer match
We won 6-1.Played at Ang Mo Kio.
Ate McDonald's for break fast.
My mum told me to paint my room.
I'm exhausted.

38th Zone Colours Award Ceremony...

Daddy
MummyParents
Wong Jieh taking award
Myself taking award
?
With parents and teachers

Wong Jieh,Abel and myself as well as the volleyball team received the Zone Colours awards.
The event was held at Hwa Chong Institution.
And Hwa Chong athletes dominated the awards.
My family arrived early.Took some pictures there.
When Abel,Wong and I sat in the auditorium,Abel suspected that his phone was lost.
I kept calling his number but there was no response.
As the event was about to start, Abel realised that his phone was below his seat.
The talks by the guests were okay.
The boring part was during the presentation of awards.
The teachers and students took photographs after the event.
I took 4 packets of food from the refreshment area and brought it home.
Plus 2 more packets which my parents took them earlier.
I'll continue to be at my best for the upcoming competition, and also in everything I do.
Hari Raya is coming!
At the moment I'm feeling boring at home.
Exams over and I deserve to have more rests.
Should I read JC2 stuffs at the moment?
I'll see.

Sunday, September 21, 2008

PROMO FEVER

3 DAYS OF TOTAL COMMITMENT
Monday-Econs
Tuesday-MT & Chem
Wednesday- History and Math
That's it.
Enjoy Hari Raya after that.
I'm not nervous like I used to be.
I can only feel nervous if I have not practice enough.
I can only feel nervous if I fail most of the tests in Term 3.
Never say hungry,though I'm fasting.
Never say tired, though I'll have to write 4 essays in 3 hours.
Never feel panic, coz it's a repeated process of writing stuffs that I've wrote before.
I'm ready.
I'll see myself doing A Level next year.
Good luck to myself and fellow Pioneers.

I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I'M NOT FIT

I went to Jurong Polyclinic this morning with Hassan to have medical checkup.
The checkup is needed in order to participate in OBS.
During consultation, the nurse said that I have SLOW HEARTBEAT!
I was stunned.
I told her that I'm engaged in rough sports and have been always fit for PE.
She said 'sometimes sports can can lower your heartbeat'.
I reported to the ECG lab to trace the intervals of my heartbeat.
Damn.My heartbeat is not only SLOW but IRREGULAR.
The heatbeat rate of a normal person is 60,but mine is 54.
Abnormal.
How shocking and ironic for me to experience this.
Being in top 20 for 5 cross-country runs and had achieved many medals in sports,
it was disheartening to hear it.
And I didn't realised the problem until today.
It's frightening to me, after reading about sportsmen and NSmen who collapsed just like that while exercising.
The clinic gave me a referral NUH on a direct access.
I don't know when I will be admitted.
The doctor will call me anytime within this month and I will have report to NUH immediately.
Hope that will take place after promos.
As for the OBS thing,I'll talk to the teacher.
Feeling down now but I just have to continue revising for promos.
I have incomplete task that I want to achieve in life.
SMILE OFTEN =)
Everything will heal one day
But before the heal,
there's always pain
Faith is the catalyst

Friday, September 05, 2008

Ivan,Hans and I were the only PJC students who attended Caring Teachers Award Ceremony, out of 30 who had signed up.
The speeches by the award winners were inspiring and I was impressed by a teacher who is visually handicapped who has been teaching for more than 30 years.
Congrats to Mr Michael Kwok for winning this award!

Went home straight away after that event.
I had nothing to do anyway.
Mock exams are coming and I'll have to treat them seriously, though not counted for CA.
A pass in Chemistry mock exam will boost my confidence.
I have yet to pass a single chem test so far.
Need to brush up on GP paper 2,especially rephrasing. There are plenty of exercises to do.

Thursday, September 04, 2008

I DIDN'T KNOW A MEDICAL CHECKUP COSTS $45

After a exhausting day that includes Math,Chemistry and GP lectures, I went to a clinic at GP to get a medical checkup which is required for me to attend OBS. I told the cashier that I need checkup and pass her my Medical Benefit card.

Cashier: sorry, you can't use this card for OBS medical checkup. (-_-)
Me: okay then. How much does the checkup cost?
Cashier: Hold on,I ask the doctor. Please have a seat.

Cashier: It costs around $30.
(I had $28 in my wallet)
Me: Oh I see.Hmm...okay I go home first to take more $.I'll be back later.
Cashier: Would you like me to keep your form here at the moment?
Me:okay

At home, when I was about to go back to the clinic,my mum called.
Mama: Bob,how come the checkup is so expensive? D=
Me: It's around $30.
Mama: Your head! The doctor said $45!Don't go to that clinic;go to polyclinic is cheaper.
Me: Hah?

Forget it,I'll go to polyclinic another day. I continued with my revision.
Half an hour later, I realised that I had left the OBS form at the clinic.
I'm tired of walking.Fasting somemore. When I take back my form, the staffs there appeared to have glum faces.Did my mum scold them? She is daring to do so.

Tonight,my neighbourhood is filled with noise from 2 communities. There's a street opera as well as terawih prayers within close proximity.

MERDEKA!

Happy Independence Day for my relatives in Malaysia - Sheikh Arziman, Sheikh Arhaiziq,Sheikh ....etc
Hope you all will have stable govt, low inflation rate and low fuel price.
Ramadhan is here once again (don't be frustrated,Zaki!) and it's time to refresh the heart and soul.
I had never failed not to fast during the previous two Ramadhans.Keep it up!
Some people will lose weight but that might only last till Hari Raya.
Anyway,to all Muslims, Selamat Menjalani Ibadah Puasa!
=P

Thursday, August 28, 2008

Whoa...long time never update.
Everyday is the same old thing -school and mugging.
20 days to promos

Anyway, my younger sister probably joked with her teacher.
Look the questions and answers below:

Haiisshh....

Teachers' Day celebration tomorrow! I'm not sure whether to go back to Westwood or not.
Hope the one at PJC will end early.

Tuesday, July 08, 2008

Got back 3 of my mid-year papers today.
I already knew how I had performed after each paper during the examination week.
Nothing surprising.
General Paper: 27/50
Chemistry: 14.5 / 70
Math: 15 / 35
I won't give up on math for sure. The revision practices I did were manageable but things went blackout on examination day.Need 1 more mark to get E.
Slightly happy with GP but I'll need to read more as the marker gave a comment 'essay lacks evidence'.
For Chemistry,no doubt that I'd fail. My class is the worst class in Chemistry with only one person who just passed. No more excuses. If there are people who can get A, why not me? I'm gonna figure this out!
I can't wait to get back History and Economics, the subjects I'm confident with.
My A Level Mother Tongue oral will be held tomorrow!
I'm the second person behind Syafiq. Luckily it is not held today as I am emo and have no mood to talk.
I need to practise pronouncing 'R' properly.
Hope nothing will bring me down tomorrow.
If there is, please let it happen after the oral exam.

Saturday, July 05, 2008

Some of the ruggers went to Sentosa today.
Took the monorail from Vivocity.
The touch rugby girls had a competition there.
We played beach rugby, water rugby and poker cards.
Don's tooth was half-broken when we were playing water rugby!
He was calmed. If I were him, I'd cry and want to go dental clinic immediately.
We had fun throwing sand at one another, wrestled one another in the water and gossiping about the "people around us who attracted our attention".
It was drizzling in the late afternoon but we were about to go back anyway.
An unknown girl asked me whether she could borrow a rugby ball. I said can and smiled.
As always, the ruggers told me to sound her and speculation arose.
We got free food from the organisers of the competition due to surplus stock.
Took the bus back to Harbourfront bus interchange.
We saw the group of girls who borrowed our rugby ball.
Hazel sabotaged me when he told the girl that " my captain, the weird-looking Malay guy, would like to have your phone number".
Haishh... -_-
Unfortunately,he talked to the girl's friend.Haha.
Shazwan, Haikal,Kumarran,Wee Cheng,Khalis,Alex and I went to Vivo.
Kumarran treated us doughnuts.
Tired of standing in the MRT.
Same goes in the bus.
I realised that I could have conducted my PW survey to my friends today but I didn't print them.
Great.Wasted.

Deadlines for this,Deadlines for that
One thing in my mind now is Project Work.
Seriously my group have not been efficient.
We had not done data gathering processes such as interviews and surveys.
We only talked and planned but no action taken.
Our GPP has been approved by Mdm Shafa and she said that it is one of the best.
Today, we came up with new survey questions and I had given Febrianto the interview questions about Peranakan culture.
He is a Peranakan anyway. We also asked one of the male Peranakan teachers to have an interview next Wednesday.
I don't mind having stress to keep me active but this is too excessive.
Took a break at concourse with Maverick and Jolene before the Australian Math Competition training started.
We had a math test consisting of 30 questions to be done in 75 minutes.
I closed one eye when doing the first few questions but had to open both eyes wide as I did more questions.
The last five questions were damn __________!
There will be another math training tomorrow morning.
And Chelsea, I can't wait to see your 5-star action!

VIVA ESPANA
EURO fever is over and life is back to the usual boring way.
Oh...Deco has joined Chelsea!Hope that Ronaldo would join Real Madrid.
I will only have to go to school on Thursday and Friday for PW workshop and Australian Math Competition training.
Ber Han sms-ed me yesterday and said that he is planning a Sentosa trip for the ruggers this Saturday.
The touch rugby girls will have a competition there as well. (surely the ruggers would be willing to go)
I went to the gym yesterday evening. I did not run long distances for almost a month now.
As for today, I've got nothing to do that I searched the piano tabs of some songs and tried to play them on my keyboard.
I managed to play Kelsey by Metro Station and What I've Done by Linkin Park.
It was quite simple because I did not play the chords.

No school for the next 3 days for me.
I'm trying relax my mind after one week of hell examination.
Yesterday, I had a dental check-up at NUH.
Played soccer with phattzion and at night, 'lepak' with them at Pioneer Mall with our laptops.
This morning,my mum, brother and I went to our grandparents' house.
My grandparents bought a new LCD TV bigger than the one in my house.
At 3pm, I went to Joey's house. Syahiran and Hanis were there too.
Then, we smuggled into Floravale. Joey and I swam in the pool while Hanis and Syahiran met Khairul.
We ate KFC after that.Saw Azhar.
I went back to my gandparents' house again.
They gave their old TV to my sister.

EURO FINAL in a few hours time!
Both Germany and Spain are my favourites.
I'll watch it!

Another accident near my house...

I was about to have dinner with my sister at home when heard a long and loud screech and honk.
I rushed out with my handphone to the scene which is located beside the bus stop near my home.
A huge crowd gathered there.
I saw scattered headlights of the lorry and a man lying flat on the road 5 metres ahead of the lorry.
His slippers were far away from him.
Thank God that he could breathe a bit.
Hope that he will recover.
The previous accident on the same road ended in fatality.
I'll give the 4-digit numbers of the license plate to my dad for 4D.

Stupid ambulance! One lane of the road is being blocked and yet the driver stops this ambulance on the other lane.

God bless you,victim.

Anyway, I had a haircut today after doing revision at CC.
Fever is gone but headache is still there.

Thursday, June 19, 2008

Oh no...I'M SICK AGAIN!!!
Having fever.
Body temperature 37.7 degree C.
Headache as well.
What a critical time to fall sick!
Mid-year exams in 3 days time!
Damn it.

Sigh....just completed Chemistry online assignment.
The notes at the side of my laptop were not useful as the time limit was 25 minutes and there were 15 MCQs.
Fortunately the assignment is graded based on participation and not achievement.
Still lacking confidence for mid-year.
Sometimes, I have the content within my fingertips but have poor time-management.
Clement and I slept at Fariss' house last night. Planed to watch Euro but the three of us slept deadly. Imagine what my holidays would be like if the mid-year exam is scheduled before June.
And Ballack, your freekick is much more awesome than Ronaldo!

1 more week...
If I were to have exam now, I'd surely fail.
What I did so far were merely reading, highlighting and grasping the content.
Not enough.
I need prctices.
The ten-year-series books are still clean as if I had just brought it.
Euro 2008 is inelastic!
I watch at least a game per day.
I didn't have much time to enjoy during the holidays so far.
I only remembered that I went to the Esplanade, Singapore Flyer and town this month.
And those trips were boring.
My mum came back from KL on Thursday and was fortunate to avoid the protest in KL.
I'm still considering whether to go into political science or not.
Take risks!
Going jamming tomorrow.

Visit to the Peranakan Museum...

We wanted to know more about the Peranakan Culture as my group is doing on that topic for Project Work. Only Gabriel,Yuan Sheng and myself visited the museum. Both the girls in our group couldn't go. One had canoeing competition and the other one is in India. We jote notes on our notebooks, took pictures of the artifacts and watched videos there. The place is not bad! We spent more than 2 hours at the museum. Gabriel and I hang out at Peninsula Plaza and ate there as well. Dozed off in the MRT back home. The lightbulb in my bedroom needs to be changed! I'm living in darkness now...

Leadership Training Camp@ Labrador,
2nd June to 4th June

I'm lazy to talk about every single thing we did.
There were fun times and boring times but what most important is what we have learnt from this camp and how to apply them not only in CCA,but also in our daily life.
Monday:
Talks about leadership. Body ache after sitting on the floor for so long.
Mr Kwok sent Wong Jieh and I to CCAB for combined school match.
Each group did survival test which required practical decision-making.
Fire drill at midnight.

Tuesday:
Morning stretching
Preparation for high elements -planning,belaying etc.
High elements from 2-6pm.
Unfortunately,our plan went haywired.
Disappointing afternoon.
Went to hawker centre for dinner with group.
Our group facilitator,Rebecca, treated us drinks and chicken wings =)
Did reflection at night.

Wednesday:
Fire drills at 4am!!! The boys couldn't hear the siren.11 minutes for the first one.
10 km trek to Mount Faber and back to school.
Sang school song and said college creed there.
The different CCAs came out with aims, action plan and challenges.Shared them with other CCAs.
Camp ended at noon.
Took taxi home with Hassan,Jia Hua and Rachel.
Taxi fare: $28
Went for rugby training after that."Never Say Die!" ( though I was really exhausted )

We look like construction workers
Reflections...

Group Dinner.Thanks for the treat,Rebecca=D
Here we are at Mount Faber. The dawning of a brand new day...

As for today, I had Econs lecture in the morning.
Supposed to have combined school match at CCAB but I couldn't make it.
It was cancelled anyway due to field closure.
Started revision (oh finally!) but slept on the desk.
Need to settle Project Work!!!
