Tweety!

Haisshh....tsk tsk....
My dad is indeed a pet lover. He bought cats, arowana fishes and now 2 birds.
Worst still, he told me to take care of them while he is having holidays in Johor with my family.
I have no experience in feeding birds. We went to grandparents' house today. My grandma cooked kacang pool. Then I went to Asyakirin mosque while the rest of my family members went to the ferry terminal. After that, I met Raja at JP to have lunch. I am so frustrated with Zaki ( I bet he will read this ) ;whenever I ask him to go out, he would say that he had other plans etc...3 hours or so...HAha! At home where there was no one around, I had karaoke alone and also recorded my singing of my composed songs. Tomorrow, my friends and I will be jamming. Long time never do that.

Thursday, March 20, 2008

It rained halfway through my journey to school this morning. The day started off very brightly especially for me and Syafiq, but I won't tell why. We wish everyday could be like this. During PE, we were motivated by many things (and some people) that the both of us finished the top 2 positions for the 2.4km run. I was daydreaming while running that Syafiq told me that I ran 7 laps instead of 6. Poor thing that we didn't choose to stay in Arts stream. Even that, we wished that those who are taking CEG subject combination could be in the same class as ours.

By the way,Wednesday rugby training was like hell as every pair carried a bench on their shoulders and ran 8 laps around the track. After every lap, we did push ups, jumping jags etc...
The hockey and touch rugby girls were there to boost our morale. We overcame those hell eventually. Today, I spent more than $50 on locker, Owens shirt,Polo Tee and food. After school, some ex-Westwoodians collected their O level certificates. We did interact with some teachers and students. Missed them. Mdm Alice had gone home and Ms Joy Chen was having lesson while we were there. After that, I joined Phattz to play soccer and then at night we brought along our laptops to Pioneer Mall McDonald's. We had connection problems...

Happy Good fRIDAY!

Tuesday, March 18, 2008

From now on I'll be the first few to arrive during assembly.

Don't ask me why; it's for the sake of brightening my day.

Don't understand? Nevermind. Syafiq understood my objective.

My form teacher has not come to school this week.

Lessons today were okay and the best one of course was during Maths tutorial. The boys couldn't focus. As for Chem lecture, I tried to pay attention but my brain couldn't digest those content. I had lunch at cafe with Syafiq,Siti and Atiqah before going home. I read Chem notes in the bus but fell asleep.

Monday, March 17, 2008

Well, Monday Blues as always. Today, my time-table ended at 6pm. But that was not over. I had to join the rigorous rugby training which ended at 8pm. Anyway, this morning, the JC1s received the Project Work A-Level question paper. The two questions are 'Journeys' and 'Modernisation'. I don't know which topic to choose. PW is 10% of A- Level score and it is a requirement to enter university. My class' house is Owens (light blue). Syafiq and I were disgusted and annoyed. We expected to get into others but too bad. And I still need to buy a new House tee. More money needed to pay for rugby kits. My classmates slacked during PE lesson; the teacher only took our heights and weights and then talked about expectations of PE. Tomorrow should be a fine day. I heard from Wei Yang that the O-Level certs are out.

Golfing at Golf Course

Sheikh Arfahmi swinging like a pro

This morning, my family had breakfast at Bishan and then we went to the golf course. It was my first time over there and my first time swinging it outdoor. My dad is really good at swinging it over long distances. My brother got his swinging techniques right except that he couldn't swing it long enough. As for me, I practised my swinging and maintain the right body posture without the ball. My first few attempts were suck as expected because I was just learning it. When my shot went over the 50-metre mark for the first time, I gained my composure and kept doing it consistently. My best shot so far was the one that dropped just a few metres in front of the 100-metre signboard. Great experience indeed! My family always go there every weekend.

I got a haircut this afternoon. Damn it that I have a high slope. I forgot to tell the barber not to cut it like that. But nevermind as long as I can definitely pass the attire check when school reopen. I had McDonald's for lunch alone. I spent the late afternoon doing the 800-word History essay. Actually, I had completed it a few days ago but it was only 500 words. So I redo it all over again. I'm going to Kiong's house later to watch EPL with Phattz.

Rugby Training

The training was really intensive and exhausting from the start but towards the end, things got a little easy. Anyway, my mum said that there was an accident involving a police car on the road opposite my block at 3.30am this morning. I wasn't aware. There were 3 police cars speeding on the road bend but one of the cars crashed onto a tree and was flipped upside down. The victim was trapped inside and the unharmed officers broke the car roof to rescue the victim.

Everyone on the muddy pitch got dirty. I love today's training session. My coach Mr Kwok said a joke before training.
"Do you know Mas Selamat was captured this morning at SJI?" he asked.
"Oh really ah? Finally!" the players replied.
" Mas Selamat thought that SJI was Singapore Jemaah Islamiyah and so he stayed there", Mr Kwok continued. And we all laughed. Most of us thought that it was true.
After training, we bathed as always and then ate at Lot 1. The rain continued, heavier at that time. I went to Raja's house again. Used his computer and also played guitar. Nothing much to do. We would have played soccer if not for the rain. No plans tomorrow. I want to complete my assignments. Syafiq conceded that it is difficult especially Chemistry. I have just wrote another song just now.
By the way,
HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY, MY SISTER!!!
May Allah bless you...

Raja,Hamizan,Zaki and I went to CCK gym
Wanted to play soccer but the rain spoilt our plan
After eating at Limbang,we went to Zaki's house
Played Winning Eleven
Rugby training for JC1s tomorrow
JC2s don't have to come as they have to revise for Common Tests
Planning to watch S-League match this Friday at Jalan Besar
Probably there will be a match for Phattzion this Saturday

This cat loves to relax at my doorstep

Monday Blue once again
No outings with friends
No fun in the rain
Will this ever end?
Malaysia election is in doubt
Uncle Sheikh Arziman's BN party
Faced the unexpected flop
This is reality
I went to Gek Poh CC
To complete those assignments
Studying has become ecstacy
While I have other commitments
Maths and Econs were finished
Left with History and Chemistry
Chemistry is damn difficult
I have to revise it over again

Practising playing golf at home. I can't remember how many hole-in-one I had put in.

I'd swim the ocean for you ,the ocean for you, Whoa...oh Kelsey!

Team chemistry in progress, by watching something together!
The rugby camp was indeed intensive but it was fun.We treated the school like a pub, bathed inside girls toilet..etc... There were lectures for us to learn more about rugby. On the second day,the seniors had NAPFA test but the coach told me to join them. I wasn't mentally prepared. I did okay but I want to retake a couple of stations. I played for the starting 15 against 2 teams of alumni. We had barbeque on the second night. This morning, we ran more than 5km around Bukit Panjang area. Then, the starting 15 thrashed the reserves during a match. I ate McDonald's with some other friends after dismissal and then went home. Nobody was at home.
When my family came back, they bought 2 bags of golf sets and a carpet mat that has a hole. My dad has one for himself. I was thinking 'what the hell? Buy these things for what?'. They spent almost $500 while shopping at HarbourFront. I kept asking my parents for a new pair of boots but they said 'no money' and now, they spent on unnecessary stuffs.

History lesson was slightly better. We went to the gym during PE lesson. The Head of Student Management demoralised me when he told me to lift double my weight but I couldn't do it. I managed to do it then when he wasn't there. I met my new classmates. All of them are courteous but thankfully there are no chio babes for me to admire. Malay lesson was boring.Maths lesson was great but I forgot to bring my graphic calculator. I had a snack at cafe before meeting Raja and Hamizan at CCK polyclinic. Raja is sick today. Then, we went to his house and later Zaki came. We held debates about many issues with Zaki the opposition. They went to Sunshine Place as I took bus home. When I reach home,I quickly packed my stuffs for the rugby camp tomorrow, which will end on Sunday morning. At 6pm, I studied at Gek Poh CC. I also did my Economics holiday assignments except the last section.

The Headstart programme was not bad.
I like the first session about personal grooming. The other one about business communication was okay.At least I learnt something from this programme.During assembly, the Student Council spoke about the various committees and encouraged us to join the SC. I won't for sure.
Then I had rugby training. I still need to improve my passing. The JC1s played a number of games against Greenridge teams in the rain. My teammates praised my good performance.Probably the reason was that there were touch rugby girls on the field ,hence giving psychological boost.Hehe.My coach Mr Kwok informed us about the rugby camp this weekend. After bathing, some ruggers went to Lot 1 to have dinner.

When I arrived home,I saw a cat at my doorstep. It is so adorable and responsive. It is not fierce at all! I want it!

My family have a new maid. I hope this will reduce my burden. I hate ironing clothes. There is PE lesson tomorrow. I don't mind having PE but what I hate is that my break is only 30 minutes.

Tuesday, March 04, 2008

Nothing much to say today
It is the rainy season
Lots of stuff to pay
When my mum has not received commission

$145 for graphic calculator
$16 for rugby short
$15 for rugby camp
$8 for House T-shirt

Headstart Programme tomorrow!
No lesson
But have to go for rugby training
Surely reach home late again

The graphic calculator

Monday, March 03, 2008

I had Big Mac for breakfast before going to school. My break for today was quite late at 11am and it was also the time when I ended my lessons. While waiting for the rugby training to start at 3.30pm,I did my homework and also read newspaper. Today's training was light. We didn't run the canal route. There will be a rugby camp from 7 to 9 March.

Civil Defence Force stationing outside PJC. The search for Mas Selamat?

More SCDF vehicles heading towards PJC

I was walking towards the bus stop. Police cars were also heading to that area.Mas Selamat used to stay in Teck Whye. The jungle behind PJC is quite big. The railway track is also located there. Anyway, I have to ask a 'huge' amount of money from my parents. Tomorrow is the sale of graphic calculators which costs $145 each. I need $27 for bus concession, $16 for FBT rugby shorts, $7.90 for House T-shirt and also some money for the rugby camp. And not to forget my pocket money!

Sunday, March 02, 2008

Sunday is a family day but my family are not at home as they went to KL.
They should be on their way home now.Perhaps there is a congestion at the checkpoint.
Thanks to Mas Selamat's The Great/Sweet Escape. He has yet to be captured.
Anyway, Nazreen and I went to Raja's house. It was raining heavily during the trip.
Hamizan came a few hours later. Then, we played soccer.
I hate those Mat Reps from CCK. There was one guy who even scold vulgarities when I had a slight contact with him. He is younger than me but he should be grateful enough that I didn't retaliate. Damn you son of the *****! I think your mum's pussy is filled with different sperms.
Nevermind, it's useless dealing with that LOSER. I have better things to think of.
We walked to Lot 1 and from there,Naz and I went home. JC tomorrow.I had a hard time ironing the uniform. And remember to bring tie!

What are they watching?

Saturday, March 01, 2008

I'm stucked at home the whole day. My family and grandparents went to KL this afternoon except my sister and I. I had completed my homework and was planning to hang out with friends but there's nowhere to go. Seriously nothing better to do. I managed to compose a new song. After that, with nothing better to do, I read essays about terrorism and Cold War. Nothing special today. So why am I blogging anyway?

Then I decided to change blogskin.

So lonely...

Mas Selamat, please feature in front of me...

PJC X-Country 2008

I came in 18th position in the J1 category. That position is the worst I had so far in many X-country I had participated in. Nevermind, There is always next year. Congratulations to those in top 20 and also the house Polo for being crowned the champions. For those of them who tried their best but didn't make it, it's okay.

After that, I had rugby training. As always,we did set-pieces and those stuffs. The training ended around 7pm but some of us including me played soccer in the dark at the school field. I scored the winning goal that ended the match. Then, we bathed before going home. I reached home just now at 10.30pm. Finally there are assignments to be done! I love it.

Mas Selamat, where are you?
You can run but you can't hide!

Thursday, February 28, 2008

I reached home quite early today.Early to me nowadays is at 5pm. Rugby trainings are on Monday,Wednesday and Friday. In every training, we have to run long distances about 3-4km. I'm not complaining. I'm just giving information. By the way, Syafiq,Hannah,Rachel,Rasyidah,Susan and I went back to Westwood on Wednesday to collect CCA testimonials which I had collected long time ago. I thought we were collecting O Level certficate but it is not out yet. Wasted my precious time. Furthermore,Rachel and I had to rush back to PJC for our CCAs. By the way, I was glad that many Westwoodians greeted me. Ifah and Rebecca were there too but I didn't meet them because I had went off. Syafiq had a great time with Miss Ng.

Today, I tried to pay attention during lectures but I was dozing off most of the time. During PE, we ran the cross-country route under the blazing sun. Anyway, PJC CROSS-COUNTRY is tomorrow. Better still,I will have rugby training after that. Awesome! For your information, out of the 5 school days this week, I had ran 3 times and will be running again tomorrow. I'm surely a fit guy now.

GOOD LUCK PIONEERS FOR X-COUNTRY!

Tuesday, February 26, 2008

My subject combination is CEH- Chemistry,Economics,History,H1 Maths,H1 Malay,GP and PW.
Syafiq also takes the same combination as mine and most likely to be in the same class. Yesterday, I reached home at 9.45pm because I stayed back to train with my rugby seniors till 8pm. The coach included me inside the starting line-up which means that I will join the senior squad to play in the Police Cup this April. I continue to play as flanker as well as the first unit jumper.I enjoy bathing in PJC toilet.

Today I was rather tired and sleepy. I slept during the lectures at certain times. Syafiq was told to have haircut in order to redeem his EZ-link card which was confiscated. Hui Min,Hannah and I followed him to Lot 1. There was not much difference but he said nevermind. Syafiq and I went back to PJC for choir audition. It was okay I guess. Actually I can qualify to join choir but I already have Rugby as my CCA..haha

Rugby training ended at night

Saturday, February 23, 2008

Hamizan,Raja and Sheikh went to the city
Ate at Beach Road to fill our stomach
From there we walked to Suntec City
We decided to meet Rila at Starbuck

She provided us drinks for free =)
Sitting near the fountain was a breeze
There's a bike showcase for us to see
In the MRT back home, we had to squeeze

Lots of cats found in Kampong Glam area.
There are just adorable and cute!

CAMPFIRE@ PJC

My OG 22!
Cheers all the way.
Letter from the OGLs
Guess who Syafiq is walking with? He's a well-known guy in PJC.

Oh my! Everything was awesome! What an Orientation!
I can't put it into words.Great? Superb?Excellent?
Everyone had a hell lot of fun. Dances, cheers and songs!
I love it!

Morning programmes were boring. After prayer, things started to get high. I joined in the dances. After that, there was a rugby selection. We were instructed to run within 25 minutes, no matter how long the distance.I did quite find. Then, each of us had to drive the scrum machine and then we played a match against the senior rugby players. I got selected and there will be training on Monday. Syafiq and his OG friends saw me lifting a senior player up while I was tackling him. We took a shower before changing into orientation T-shirt.Seriously, it was indeed a great day. However, it rained and we had to move to the hall. The performances were well done and my clan Sigma just couldn't stop cheering. Back home! I'm TIRED.

SINGAPORE TO HOST YOUTH OLYMPIC 2010!

Congratulations my fellow citizens of Singapore. We have stepped into a new era and Singapore will be recognised as nation with sporting capabilities and bla bla bla....WELL DONE!

Anyway, orientation today was so much better and there was no such thing as 'shyness' or 'embarrassment' for me. The station games were improved as well and one of the games allowed boys to partner girls. I'm lazy to tell the details. I had a fun day indeed! The dances were awesome too. I love the new dance came out by the OGLs. The war game was wild! I got headshots by water bombs many times. Syafiq also managed to hit me from the back. By the way,he has a crush on an OGL. Hehe...don't worry, he is not the only one. Tomorrow will be a great day for sure!

ORIENTATION II in PJC

Hui Min,Lina,Zhi Zhong and I met at the bus stop opposite Westwood before meeting Rachel,Syafiq and Louis at Chua Chu Kang Interchange.
There are many new faces around. The talks about the JC,subject combination and CCA were boring as I already heard about them during PAE. My Orientation Group is not that enthusiastic anyway. I myself try to get them along to sing and cheer but they were not feeling high yet. I feel that they should be drunk.Just kidding.

I also bought 2 sets of school uniforms that costed me $79. I can't wait to wear it and eager to dump that Westwood uniform. When I go online, my juniors always said about bad incidents that happened in WWSS this year. I feel so ashamed. Whose name is Westwood?!
By the way, I met Lee Wei Yang on the way home at CCK. I suspected that he sent Jia Xin home and he said YES.Rachel went to JJC to appeal but she didn't bring along those important documents and since today is the only day to appeal, in the end,she has to stay at PJC.Haha! Served her right! Syafiq and I are planning to switch to Science stream. We seeked the approval of the teachers and they said that it is possible. I chose rugby as my CCA once again. My friends kept persuading and negotiating with me. Tomorrow's programmes should be fun. I'm looking forward to it.

Tuesday, February 19, 2008

I am posted to Pioneer JC Arts.
I received the sms at 6.11am. Following that, one by one my friends sms-ed me and I gave up my sleep. Congratulations to those who are posted to their desired JC/Polytechnic or MI.
Kok Kiong and Asyraff got into Real Estate Business. Hamizan posted to Clean Energy.
Good luck to them. Quite a number of my friends going to PJC- Hannah,Rachel,Hui Min,Susan,Syafiq,Zhi Zhong,Rasyidah , Febrianto and Louis Neo. I am not sure about others.
Orientation II tomorrow!

END OF PAE 2008

Flashback! Sweet memories with those sweet people!

Orientation Group 5! Awesome bunch of people who never fail to greet me whenever they see me =)

These Malay girls who love to skip lessons.Haha!

These people will stay in PJC- Qiu Yan,Amir and myself.

And not to forget my loved ones from Class 08A02. A great class indeed! Gonna miss some of them who are going elsewhere.

Today the feeling was about similar to Graduation Day.
Hugs and kisses among friends , it was like you would never see them again.
I love you guys! Sorry to betray some of you when I said that I'm gonna skip lesson but eventually I attended it. I apologise for any mistake or anything bad I did to you guys though it wasn't intentionally. So far I enjoyed being with you all, shared our stories, background and also helped one another. Good luck and All The Best to all my friends at PJC! Achieve your dreams!
And to Eugene who is going to JJC, thanks for being with me and Zhi Zhong! Sorry for being late sometimes. This is something that I cannot forget!

Sometimes I wish I could save you
And there's so many things that I want you to know
I won't give up till it's over
If it takes you forever,
I want you to know...

Goodbye darlings!

I'm back from Joey's house!
Yesterday, the Pure History students went to Mdm Rozi's house. She cooked a lot but we didn't finish the food.Zaki didn't came, that's why. Today, Hanis,Joey and I smuggled into Floravale Condominium to swim. Before that,we called Khairul and Joyce but both of them were not at home.If they were at home,we could tell the security guard that they were inviting us. I sms-ed Hannah at that time too but guess what? She replied my sms at 7pm. We swam 10 long laps under the sun and then bought KFC food and ate at Joey's house. We played Guitar-Hero till night.I had improved a bit.

JC tomorrow and I will have to treasure the next 2 days with my friends before most of them go to another JC or Poly. I can't wait to buy PJC uniform and throw away my Westwood uniforms which are old, torn etc...One of my pants has its zip spoilt.Alright then!

Friday, February 15, 2008

It's a typical Friday like always
Except for the temperature taking exercise
It's a different feeling nowadays
As we head for the results of Joint Admission Exercise

6 weeks of friendships
6 weeks of learning
Am I well-equipped
or is it just the beginning?

I'm gonna miss my friends so badly
Except those who are staying
2 more days for us to live happily
Before you guys see our hands waving
for the last time....

I did not attend the OGL camp or MCS CCA which I was supposed to attend.
No one called me so far to ask why.
There is a soccer match tomorrow at NTU but not Phattzion game.
Pure History students will visit Mdm Rozi's house tomorrow.
Maybe going to Chingay Parade with friends.
Surely there will be congestion.
I feel that I'm not susceptible to this year's Budget Day unlike last year's 7% GST hike.
It is relevant for me as I'm studying Economics.
