This morning I woke up at 6.45am as there was track heats 2 at Jurong West Stadium.So fortunate for me as the stadium is located near my house.I had biscuits and Nescafe for breakfast. Milo no more left.I went out early at 7.30am and reached there at 7.45am as I was strolling and took my own sweet time.As I entered the stadium, Mr Kuwe called for 200 m competititors. For today, I was involved in 800 meter and 4 X 400 m relay.I saw the twins and few netball gang as I walked up the gallery.They looked so tired as if they did not sleep last night.For 200m event,Syahiran and Syafiq( rival) ran side by side but Syahiran went further ahead of Syafiq.What a race!Then it was 800m.There were Daniel Goh,Kenneth Foo,Fernanders and more good runners.I was leading the race with 200m to go but Daniel managed to overtake me with his speed and I ended up in the second spot.It was a good race indeed.I congratulated him and the rest too.It was a moment not to forget.I used to hate him last few years but I find him a good person who do not use his abilities for granted.

I waited for along time before Mr Kuwe called for 4 X 400m participants.I was the last runner for my team.Nazreen ran at his best but he ended up last among the first runners.He dropped to the ground after he gave the baton to Nuqman.Nuqman ran all the way but still we were last.Syafiq received the baton but the second last runner was about 100m ahead of him.It was my turn.Kenneth Foo was the person who received the baton before me.10 seconds after Kenneth got the baton,Syafiq passed me the baton.Kenneth had gone all the way.For the first time in my life,I sprinted all the way for 400m.I did all my might but my team still came last.Then later in the day,I had a POA lesson from 2 to 4pm.
