It was my dad's 42nd birthday yesterday and he obviously didn't go to work.

The E-Learning was okay but I hate it when the loading lagged for a long time.

We arrived at the Singapore Flyer centre at 9pm and there was a long stretch of queue.

We managed to board the cabin at around 10.15pm. The slow ride took 30 minutes.

The view from the top was spectacular as if you were looking from the top storey from a tall hotel. We were having such a great time but the need to go to school on the following day spoilt my mood. Thanks Mom and Dad!

As for today, an emergency evacuation exercise was being held under the hot sun at noon. Our timing to reach the assembly area which is the field is quite fast. Other than the burning sun, the students also complained about the muddy field. As you can see in the picture, some even carried umbrellas. So smart of them. In the afternoon, the J1 students watched the movie 'I Am David' which is about the struggle of a child in escaping from labour camp in hope to find freedom. I was touched by it and inspired by it. Then I had rugby training.
